Wusthof Silverpoint II 2 1/4" Bird's Beak Paring Knife 4033
I have a lot of fruit trees, and a lot of processing to do. This knife is nicely sharp, and fits my hands well for long sessions. It facilitates cutting out bad areas of my organically grown fruit, too. Reasonable price, good quality.
