The Wusthof Grand Prix2 23 piece Mega block set comes with all the knives you would ever need. The set includes a 2.75" bird's Beak peeling knife used for peeling and garnishing. the 3" straight parer is used for the exact straight line cuts, the 3.5" parer for peeling and paring, a 4.5" Utility is the perfect size for small slicing jobs, the 4.5" multi-prep is a great knife for chopping herbs and small vegitables, the 5" serrated utility for cutting tomatoes of bagels. The 5" boning knife will easily remove poultry from the bone. The 6" Sandwich is excellent for carving and slicing and the 8" bread knife is perfect for those crusty loaves of bread. The 8" carver makes fine clean slices of meat, the 7" Santoku is a very useful knife that allows you to chop, slice and dice. The 8 Cooks knife is used for chopping, as well as dicing. This set is completed with a set of eight 4.5" steak knives as well as the Come Apart kitchen shears for triming herbs or a variety of other house hold chores, a 22 slot block to store your Grand Prix2 knives and a honing steel to keep you knives sharp and ready to use.
