Got this for my guy, he's a chef that travels a lot as part of a catering service. He was asking for something smaller but I wanted him to have room for all his tools, not just his knives. I think I made the right decision, he's filled it with all sorts of utensils -- peelers, cutters, thermometers-- it even has an area for papers. It's a nice quality material -- very strong -- and I was impressed with it's compartments and layers for holding whatever a chef on the go needs! Seems it's only limit will be the combined weight when full because it does hold a lot. To quote my boyfriend, "It's bloody awesome!"

Made of durable Cordura this knife roll will hold 17 knives. It has semi-rigid construction with plastic snap closures The interior flap also closes securely with a velcro closure. In addition the roll has an outside pocket to hold pens and other accessories.Created by the renowned knifemaker Wüsthof, this deluxe knife case is perfect for protecting your expensive cutlery investment when you're on the road. Designed with a tri-fold construction for easy access, the case combines semi-rigid construction, Velcro and snap closures, and puncture-resistant black nylon fabric. It includes 17 elasticized pockets for your favorite knives and accessories, plus a protective zippered flap to separate the pieces of your collection. Additional pockets inside and out hold notepads, paperwork, pens, and business cards securely. The durable handle is both stable and comfortable, and the unit comes with two side hooks if you would like to add a shoulder strap.
