I love the balance and feel of this knife. Best knife of its kind in my opinion. It sharpens easily, holds its sharpness a reasonable amount of time. The only problem is that the logos on each side of the handle were glued on and fell off after a year or so in the dishwasher.
Would love to buy the entire Wusthof knife kit, but it is pretty expensive.
