Wusthof Classic Ikon 2-Piece Asian Cook's Set Cook up a variety of ingredients and dishes with this versatile set. Ideal for hobby and professional cooks alike, the Wusthof Classic Ikon knives feature durable materials and quality craftsmanship. These knives are made from stainless steel, and forged from a high carbon sheet, so it is stronger and heavier than most stamped kitchen knives. The knives also feature Precision Edge Technology that offers an optimum cutting edge along the entire length of the blade. This set includes a Santoku knife that has a hollow edge, which naturally creates air pockets so thin food slices do not stick to the blade. A paring knife is also included for dicing and mincing. Both knives feature classic black handles that are riveted to the knives' full tangs for easy and controlled handling.
