The set includes a 4-Inch paring knife for peeling and slicing, 5-Inch boning knife for chicken and meat, a 8-Inch bread knife for slicing those crusty loaves of bread and a 8-Inch cooks knife for chopping and mincing, a 9-Inch carving knife for meats and melons and keep your knives in perfect conditions with a 9-Inch sharpening steel. The set makes a lasting and meaningful gift for newlyweds and chefs of all abilities. Wusthof classic knives are precision forged from a single-piece of exceptional quality German steel alloy. The edges of these knives are razor sharp using our laser guided peptic sharpening technology. Our exceptional quality German steel alloy is featured in all our quality knives.
