Attractive, well designed paring knife. Every cook needs two knives to get by, a chef's knife and a paring knife. I got this knife after falling in love with the W?sthof Classic 7-Inch Hollow Edge Santoku Knife. I couldn't survive in the kitchen without these two knives. This paring knife is ideal for small intricate cutting that a standard chef's knife is just too large for. If you are looking for a paring knife capable of taking care of those small, precise cutting tasks in the kitchen then this is the knife for you. Given the cost and quality of this knife, you just can't go wrong with it. You will never need another paring knife.
